The Negroni dates back to 1919 at the Caffè Casoni in Florence. It’s believed Count Camillo Negroni invented the drink when he ordered an Americano made with gin in place of the usual soda water & garnished with an orange wedge.
A delicious blend of gin, Campari & sweet vermouth.
Fill two short glasses full of ice. Split Negroni over both glasses. Garnish with orange wedge.
